The graphics are rich and wonderful with a handprinted feel. A sleeveless fitted shirtwaist with full pleated skirt and matching fabric belt. There is no label left. A wicker bag, straw bonnet and leather sandals would complete the look...for shopping at the marketplace or lunching at an outdoor café or just picnicking under blue skies and golden sun. #1636 Click to see enlarged views	Stunning 1970s Hawaiian print dress by Malihini Hawaii. Self belted Empire waist....sleeveless bodice with square neckline. Center front inverted pleat in long narrow skirt. The print is exceptionally beautiful. Oversized hibiscus blossoms in luminous shades of oranges, yellows and browns. The fabric is cotton "bark cloth". As a full length dress it is quite dramatic and would make a bold statement. Not so brave? The dress could easily be shortened for more versatility. Use the extra fabric to make a matching bag! The size is Medium around a todays size 8. Bust 36' Rib Cage below bust 31' Hips and waist free size... Excellent Condition $75.00
#5109 Click to see enlarged views	Very Lilliesque hand print cotton dress from the 1960s. The label is missing from this dress but I am fairly certain it is Lily Pulitzer. If not then another equally talented designer. The cotton has a lavender background with green white and magenta "Mod Tropics" flower print. Sleeveless fitted bodice with novel notched collar. Thick white cotton lace defines the center front and waistline. Nicely cut A-line skirt with just enough drape. The dress is constructed in the Lily tradition with white cotton batiste underlining and lace hem binding. The size is a generous medium around a modern 10. Bust 43"''... Waist 33''.... Hips 44''... #1629 click to enlarge	Wonderful 1950s swimsuit or mini sun dress by Gabar. The material is really special in this suit. The background is white cotton twill which is embroidered all over with little blue flowers and trailing leaves and vines. There is a line of green piping down the center front. The swimsuit is cut like a mini sun dress with white cotton bloomers beneath. A beautifully made swimsuit with built in, all cotton bra and shirred elasticized panels on the sides. There is light boning for stability. The back has a metal zipper and the straps are adjustable. The size is a generous medium around a modern size 10. It will fit the following measurements well. Bust from 37"- 40" Waist from 29" - 32" Hips up to 40" Excellent Condition $55.00
#1623 Click to enlarge	Breathtaking bark cloth Hawaiian dress from the 1960s. I see lots of Hawaiian printed dresses but this one is the most beautiful I have seen in a while. I love this earth tone print against the black background. I also love the way the pattern is placed to one side instead of in the center. This is so much more interesting to the eye I think and gives it a unique quality. The cut is simple and elegant long column with a sleeveless scoop necked bodice with elasticized empire waist line. The waist has a delicate cord in olive which ties just under the bust. The inside of the bodice is faced with this same olive green. The back of the skirt is vented to the knee for ease of movement. There are two labels in this dress one reads Made in Hawaii the other has the RN number size style and reads 100% cotton. The company on record with this RN # is Stardust Inc.The dress should fit a modern size 8-10 and has the following measurements. Bust 36" Hips 42" (the waist stretches) and the length of the dress from shoulder to hem is 53". Excellent Condition $135.00
#1618 Click to enlarge	Hawaiian cotton beach cover/blouse from the 1960s.The fabric is a beautiful cotton sateen with a "watercolor" floral pattern in cool blues and greens. The label reads Paradise-Hawaii Made In Honolulu. It has a mandarin collar and the cut is boxy, with bust darts for a bit of shape. The arm holes are sleeveless kimono style which gives the appearance of short cap sleeves. There are slanted patch pockets in front and it buttons all the way to the neck with little silver decorative buttons. The side seams have 5" vents at the hip. The size is a medium/large with a 40" bust. The length from shoulder to hem is 26". Excellent Condition $42.00
