How To Order and Return Policy

On all orders include the item numbers and a brief description along with the address you wish to have your package sent to. ( If you are a Massachusetts resident be sure to include 5% sales tax in your calculations on accessories only. Clothing priced over $175.00 also has 5% sales tax on the amount over $175.00. For example if a dress costs $200.00, $25.00 is taxed, adding only $1.25 to total. (I understand this can be confusing e-mail us with your questions)
We will confirm your order by e-mail or phone, so be sure to include the e-mail address or phone number you would like us to respond to. Orders are reserved on a first come first served basis.

On check orders we will reserve items for 5 days. If check or money orders are not received within this time the reserve will be lifted. Your package will be shipped as soon as your check clears. This usually 7-10 business days. We will accept international money orders from outside the US which will take longer to process.

Shipping
Except on Sale items.
We ship for free within the USA. We ship all our packages via US priority mail with delivery confirmation. However if you request special shipping services (i.e. insurance) or if the package is to sent outside the United States we will add the extra shipping charge to your order total. If you return an item you will be charged the original shipping expense plus a restocking fee of 10% of the original cost of purchase or minimum of $5.00 to cover restocking.

Full price items are returnable.

Please choose your purchases with care, if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask by e-mailing us at tangerinboutique@aol.com . If you are not happy with your selections they may be returned within 3 days of receipt. Please keep in mind we do not charge extra for shipping when you place an order, however we are unable to absorb the shipping expense should you decide to return a purchase. We will charge you for the original shipping expenses plus 10% of the original cost of purchase or minimum of $5.00 to cover restocking. Once again, to avoid the expense and time these returns may cost please don't hesitate to e-mail us with questions before ordering.
To return an item, repackage and mail with insurance within 3 days of your receiving it. You must cover the return cost of shipping. Returned items must not have been worn or damaged.

Mint
Never used, no visible flaws.

Excellent
Barely used, no visible flaws

Very Good
Worn, but still in good shape. May have small flaws or
repairs, which are explained. The repairs are not noticeable.

Good
Worn but in good shape. Has small flaws or repairs which
are explained. On close inspection they are usually
noticeable but don't really affect the appearance of the item when
worn.

Fair
These items have flaws or repairs which are noticeable and
are addressed. I avoid flawed merchandise as a rule, so most
of these pieces have redeeming qualities which I usually
explain or comment on.
